6 Leigh’s GF,V & DF  Almond & Cranberry Cantucci (Contains NUTS – see note below) 

4 Leigh’s GF Jam Doughnuts  (can be frozen on day of receipt)

4 Leigh’s GF Cinnamon Swirls (can be frozen on day of receipt)

1 packet of GF & DF Amaretti (Matilde Vicenzi) (Contains NUTS – see note below) 

1 packet of GF & DF Vicenzovo Savoyard Sponge Biscuits (Matilde Vicenzi), ideal for making trifle  or tiramisu.

Please note, if you do not/ cannot eat nuts, please let us know and we will replace the Cantucci & Amaretti in this hamper with alternative items of a similar value. You can add a message at the checkout stage when placing your order on the website, or email us at info@lgfab.org.

Ingredients 

Cantucci (GF, V, DF, Egg-Free) :  GF white plain flour blend (rice, potato, tapioca, maize, buckwheat), sugar, vegan butter, ground almonds, whole almonds, cranberries, sodium bicarbonate, potato starch, tapioca flour, baking soda, psyllium husk powder,  xanthan gum, baking powder, xanthan gym, salt.

GF Jam Doughnuts: Milk, gf flour blend (rice, tapioca, maize, buckwheat), egg, sugar, dairy-free vegan butter, psyllium husk powder, strawberry jam, dried active yeast, cider vinegar, raising agents (mono-calcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate, maize starch, diphosphate), xanthan gum.

GF Cinnamon Swirls: Flour blend (rice, tapioca and potato), milk, sugar, egg, dairy-free vegan butter, psyllium husk, xanthan gum, salt, cider vinegar, cinnamon, vanilla

GF & DF Amaretti: Sugar, almonds, apricot kernels, glucose syrup, egg white powder, natural flavourings, raising agent: ammonium hydrogen carbonate. May contain other nuts and sulphites. Keep cool and dry, away from light sources.

GF & DF Vicenzovo Savoyard Sponge Biscuits: cornstarch, egg, sugar, potato starch, rice flour, pea fibre, emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, honey, salt, natural flavourings, raising agent: ammonium hydrogen carbonate. May contain soya.
