Gluten-free, rich brioche rolls, with a lovely crust and, inside, a lovely open texture and taste. Great for sandwiches and as burger buns. These can be made as hotdog rolls on request

Ingredients: GF flour blend (rice, tapioca, potato), lactofree milk, water, egg, honey, plant-based & dairy-free butter, sugar, psyllium husk powder, xanthan gum, dried active yeast, salt, cider vinegar.

Note: These brioche rolls can be made with rice milk. If you need this, please order the vegan option of the brioche rolls. The vegan option contains vegan ingredients to replace the milk, egg and honey.
