All our artisan bread is handmade to order. We will email or text you to let you know when your goods will be baked. It may be a few days before it can be made (depending on the number of orders to be completed before yours), so please place your order early. If you are local we will hand deliver or you can collect your order from us. Please indicate your preference in the notes at checkout.
If your order is shipped it will be sent via DHL on the day it is baked. Our bread, doughnuts and cinnamon swirls are vacuum packed to help retain freshness. We only ship Monday to Thursday.
If you would like a specific delivery day or you need your order for a special occasion please let us know immediately in the notes at checkout. Alternatively, you can text us on 07766705525. Please ensure you order a minimum of 7 days before (more if you can) if you need delivery for a specific date or for a special occasion.
We always book and pay for guaranteed next day delivery, and it usually works, well, but experience has shown that occasionally there may be issues with delivery. Delivery by the shipping agent (DHL) is beyond our control. Any problem of delivery is upsetting both for you, our customer, and for our small family bakery, since we work hard to bake beautiful goods to order, with high overheads and low profit margins. If there are issues with delivery, with regret, we cannot refund you the whole cost of your order. We would of course also offer you a code for money off your next order, as we value your custom.
Please be aware that for deliveries to Scotland, courier companies charge considerably more than the standard charges. Regrettably, as a small business we are unable to absorb these costs. Please contact us, with the postcode of where your order is to be shipped, so we can ascertain how much the courier cost would be. With apologies, we are unable to deliver to Northern Ireland.
