Leigh’s Gluten-Free Bakery is delighted to be bringing a mixed Tasterbox of 6 F.Cooke’s beautiful, artisan GF Pies to our local customers! Please note, with apologies, that at this time, these pies are only available to customers who live within a 6 mile radius of our Bakery, in Buckhurst Hill, Essex IG9 (approx 20 minute drive). You are welcome to collect the pies from us from 6pm, or we will deliver to you.

The Tasterbox contains: 2 Minced Beef Pies, 2 Chicken & Mushroom Pies and 2 Fruit Pies.          Each Pie is suitable for 1 person.

Bake your F. Cooke Pies in the oven for 10-12 minutes, or a little longer if baking several pies, till piping hot.  They are suitable for freezing. Defrost thoroughly before baking in the oven.

(GF/Vegan Parsley Sauce (‘Liquor’) and GF Custard are available to purchase separately on the website, as accompaniments.

Filling: 100% minced beef & salt & pepper. Gluten-Free Pastry: corn starch, palm & rapeseed oils and fats, rice flour, pea flour, vegetable fibre (potatoes, rice pea, plantain, psyllium), xanthan gum, hydroxypropyl-methylcellulose, buckwheat flour, citric acid.

F.Cooke’s GF Chicken & Mushroom Pies 

GF Filling: freshly cooked chicken,  mushrooms, salt & pepper. GF Filling sauce: potato/maize starch, maltodextrin, salt, milk, yeast extract, sugar, glucose, guar gum, onion powder, flavouring, soy protein hydrolysate, emulsifier, milk proteins, garlic powder, turmeric, dried parsley, colour (carotenes).  GF Pastry:  Gluten-freecorn starch, palm & rapeseed oils and fats, rice flour, pea flour, vegetable fibre (potatoes, rice pea, plantain, psyllium), xanthan gum, hydroxypropyl-methylcellulose, buckwheat flour, citric acid.
