Description
This special, sliced vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free sourdough has the most amazing, rich flavour. This is thanks to the gluten-free starter we developed in house, and which we nurture daily. The boule has a lovely crust, a great texture and taste and is a big hit with our customers. We pre-slice it for your convenience. It is lovely for sandwiches, soup and delicious toasted it is easy to freeze and take out slice by slice. There are two sizes, large (1kg) and small (0.5kg). The small option, when it arrives, may be a small boule or half a large one.
Ingredients:
Water, GF flour blend (rice, potato starch, maize flour), gluten-free rice sourdough starter, sunflower oil, sugar, psyllium husk powder, egg replacer (potato starch, tapioca flour, baking soda, psyllium husk), cider vinegar, salt.
