Traditionally made bagels, which are baked to give a soft, chewy crust and a flavoursome crumb. So tasty that one is never enough! They are vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free.
Ingredients: GF flour blend (rice flour, potato starch, maize flour), rice milk (rice milk, sunflower oil, salt), water, vegan dairy-free butter, sugar, psyllium husk, egg replacer (potato starch, tapioca flour, baking soda, psyllium husk), dried active yeast, salt, cider vinegar, xanthan gum.
Wash: sunflower oil, vegan dairy-free butter.
