Description
This special, gluten-free and dairy-free sourdough, has the most amazing, rich ‘rye’ flavour. This is thanks to the brown flour blend and the special gluten-free starter we developed in house, which we nurture daily. The boule has a good crust, a great texture and taste and has had great reviews. Don’t forget to try it toasted! There are two sizes, large (1kg) and small (0.5kg). The small option, when it arrives, may be a small boule or half a large one.
