Are you Coeliac or gluten-intolerant and have craved a proper jam doughnut forever? Your prayers have been answered! Leigh’s artisan gluten-free yeasted doughnuts are light, soft and delicious, filled with strawberry jam and with a traditional sugar coating. We make your doughnuts fresh for you when we receive your order. The dough is made and proved, then the doughnuts are individually moulded, baked, rolled in sugar, cooled and jam added – all done by hand. It is a process which takes six hours of care, love and skill! Packs of 4 or 6 can be ordered, and the vegan options are also available in packs of 4 or 6 too (the latter are dairy-free and egg-free of course).
Ingredients: Milk, gf flour blend (rice, tapioca, maize, buckwheat), egg, sugar, dairy-free butter, psyllium husk powder, strawberry jam, dried active yeast, cider vinegar, raising agents (mono-calcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate, maize starch, diphosphate), xanthan gum.

We tried the new jam filled doughnuts this evening and they are absolutely amazing! Completely identical to what I remember doughnuts are like from over 5 years ago pre Coeliac Disease diagnosis. Would highly recommend and will definitely be purchasing again!
