A handcrafted, gluten-free and dairy free brown sandwich loaf. It has a good crust, a lovely taste and open texture. Ideal for slicing for sandwiches and delicious toasted too.
Ingredients: Water, gluten free brown flour blend (rice, tapioca, potato, gram (= chickpea flour), buckwheat, carob), egg, psyllium husk, sugar, dried active yeast, cider vinegar, xanthan gum, salt.

This is my favourite for normal every day sandwich. I buy in bulk and freeze them. Before eating I toast my slices lightly and they are like fresh from the oven. Yummy!
