Leigh’s Gluten-Free Bakery is delighted to be bringing F.Cooke’s beautiful, artisan Gluten-Free Vegan Fruit Pies to our local customers! These pies contain seasonal fruits. If there are particular fruits you cannot eat, please put a note in the box at checkout to indicate which fruits you need to avoid.
F.Cooke’s GF, Vegan Fruit Pies – Ingredients:
Filling: Fruits of the season, sugar Gluten-Free Pastry: corn starch, palm & rapeseed oils and fats, rice flour, pea flour, vegetable fibre (potatoes, rice pea, plantain, psyllium), xanthan gum, hydroxypropyl-methylcellulose, buckwheat flour, citric acid.
F. Cooke’s famous Pie & Mash shop is in Bishop Stortford. Please note, with apologies, that at this time, these pies are only available to customers who live within a 6 mile radius of our Bakery, in Buckhurst Hill, Essex IG9 (approx 20 minutes drive). You are welcome to collect the pies from us in the evening from 6pm, or we will deliver to you.
F.Cooke’s Pies:
- Delicious, quality ingredients with bags of flavour.
- A lovely, gluten-free pastry, safe for Coeliacs and those with gluten-intolerance.
- The pastry contains no dairy and no egg.
- All the Pie fillings are gluten-free, dairy-free and egg-free (except the Chicken & Mushroom Pies, which contains dairy)
- Each pie is suitable for one person.
- It just needs 10 -12 minutes in the oven to finish the bake.
- The pies are suitable for freezing. Defrost thoroughly before baking.
- These pies can be ordered in packs of 4 or 6.
