Are you Coeliac, gluten-intolerant and/or vegan and have craved a proper jam doughnut forever? Your prayers have been answered! Leigh’s artisan gluten-free, vegan yeasted doughnuts are light, soft and delicious, filled with strawberry jam and with a traditional sugar coating. We make your doughnuts fresh for you when we receive your order. The dough is made and proved, then the doughnuts are individually moulded, baked, rolled in sugar, cooled and jam added – all done by hand. It is a process which takes six hours of care, love and skill! All our doughnuts are gluten-free and safe for Coeliacs, and this vegan option is egg-free and dairy-free, of course. You can buy packs of 4 or 6. One thing is for sure, one is never enough!
Ingredients: Rice milk, gf flour blend (rice, tapioca, maize, buckwheat), sugar, dairy-free butter, psyllium husk powder, strawberry jam, dried active yeast, cider vinegar, potato starch, raising agents (mono-calcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate, maize starch, diphosphate), xanthan gum.
