This wonderful Clearspring organic Red Lentil and Brown Rice Pasta is vegan, safe for Coeliacs and those who are gluten-intolerant. It is made from protein rich red lentil flour and brown rice flour, both organically grown, simply mixed with a little water to create a firm texture with a satisfying bite. Made in Italy by second generation millers, this bright orange fusilli has a deliciously nutty lentil flavour and counts as one of your 5-a-day.
