Gluten-free, vegan and dairy-free brown rolls with a good crust and inside it has a lovely open texture and taste. Great for sandwiches and as burger buns. These can be made as hotdog rolls on request
Ingredients: Water, GF brown flour blend (rice, tapioca, potato, gram (= chickpea flour), buckwheat, carob), vegan dairy-free butter, sugar, psyllium husk, egg replacer (potato starch, tapioca flour, baking soda, psyllium husk), dried active yeast, cider vinegar, xanthan gum, salt.
