Description
This special, vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free sourdough has the most amazing, rich flavour. This is thanks to the gluten-free starter we developed in house, and which we nurture daily. The boule has a lovely crust, a great texture and taste and is a big hit with our customers. Don’t forget to try it toasted!
The large size is 1kg and the small size is a halved large boule.
Ingredients: water, GF white bread flour blend (rice, potato, tapioca, xanthan gum), aquafaba, gluten-free sourdough starter, vegetable oil, sugar, psyllium husk powder, cider vinegar, salt
