The boule has a good crust, a great texture and taste and has had great reviews. Don’t forget to try it toasted!We have pre-sliced this boule for your convenience. It is easy to freeze and use slice by slice.

This special sliced, vegan and gluten-free sourdough, has the most amazing, rich ‘rye’ flavour. This is thanks to the brown flour blend and the special gluten-free starter we developed in house, which we nurture daily. The boule has a good crust, a great texture and taste and has had great reviews. Don’t forget to try it toasted!  We have pre-sliced this boule for your convenience. It is easy to freeze and use slice by slice. There are two sizes, large and small. The small option, when it arrives, may be a small boule or half a large one.

Ingredients:

Water, GF brown bread flour blend (rice, tapioca, potato, gram (= chickpea flour), buckwheat, carob) , gluten-free rice flour sourdough starter, sunflower oil, sugar, psyllium husk powder, egg replacer (potato starch, tapioca flour, baking soda, psyllium husk), cider vinegar, salt.
