Ingredients: Water, GF flour blend (rice, potato starch, maize), olive oil, sugar, psyllium husk powder, egg replacer (potato starch, tapioca flour, baking soda, psyllium husk), dried active yeast, salt, cider vinegar, xanthan gum, olives, rosemary.

This focaccia is absolutely delicious! I am coeliac but my whole non-gluten-free family devoured the focaccia when I brought a loaf last weekend! We sprinkled it with water and heated it in the oven for a few minutes, and its texture was soft and gorgeous.
