Leigh’s artisan gluten-free, vegan yeasted cinnamon swirls are rich, soft and delicious, filled with cinnamon and sugar, and with a vanilla icing. We make your cinnamon swirls fresh for you when we receive your order. It is a process which takes much time, love and skill! Vegan cinnamon rolls can be ordered in packs of 4 or 6. They are, of course, dairy-free and egg-free.
Ingredients:
GF flour blend (rice flour, potato starch, maize flour), rice milk (rice milk, sunflower oil, salt), water, vegan dairy-free butter, sugar, psyllium husk, egg replacer (potato starch, tapioca flour, baking soda, psyllium husk), dried active yeast, salt, cider vinegar, xanthan gum.
Filling: vegan dairy-free butter, sugar, cinnamon
Topping: Icing sugar, rice milk (rice milk, sunflower oil, salt), vanilla essence.
