Friday night challah, or any time you fancy challah! Vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free and egg-free. It has a rich dough and lovely crust, to enjoy on its own, with butter or a topping of your choice (and my guilty pleasure, dunking it in gravy!)
Ingredients: GF flour blend (rice flour, potato starch, maize flour), rice milk (rice milk, sunflower oil, salt), water, vegan dairy-free butter, sugar, psyllium husk, egg replacer (potato starch, tapioca flour, baking soda, psyllium husk), dried active yeast, salt, cider vinegar, xanthan gum.
Wash: sunflower oil, vegan dairy-free butter
