Description

This special, gluten-free and dairy-free sourdough, has the most amazing, rich flavour. This is thanks to the gluten-free starter we developed in house, and which we nurture daily. The boule has a lovely crust, a great texture and taste and is a big hit with our customers. Don’t forget to try it toasted! There are two sizes, large (1kg) and small (0.5kg). The small option, when it arrives, may be a small boule or half a large one.
