This special, gluten-free and dairy-free sourdough, has the most amazing, rich flavour. This is thanks to the gluten-free starter we developed in house, and which we nurture daily. The boule has a lovely crust, a great texture and taste and is a big hit with our customers. We pre-slice it for your convenience. Great for sandwiches, soup and delicious toasted. Easy to freeze, and take out slice by slice. The large size is 1kg, the small is 0.5kg.The small option, when it arrives, may be a small boule or half a large one.
Ingredients: water, GF white bread flour blend (rice, potato, tapioca, xanthan gum), egg white, gluten-free sourdough starter, vegetable oil, sugar, psyllium husk powder, cider vinegar, salt
