Description
These classic light Savoyard biscuits, known as lady’s fingers, have been made in a traditional Italian way by the Matilde Vicenzi company. These are wonderful as not only do they taste great, they are also gluten-free and dairy-free. Absolutely ideal for making trifles and tiramisu, given that they can absorb liquid whilst still holding their shape.
Ingredients: cornstarch, EGG, sugar, potato starch, rice flour, pea fibre, emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, honey, salt, natural flavourings, raising agent: ammonium hydrogen carbonate. May contain SOYA.
